خرج آرني سلوت، مدرب ليفربول في مؤتمر صحفي للحديث عن استعدادات فريقه لمواجهة كريستال بالاس الأحد المقبل، في لقاء الدرع الخيرية.

وينطلق موسم الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز الجديد بلقاء بين ليفربول وكريستال بالاس يوم الأحد، ثم يفتتح الريدز البريميرليج بلقاء ضد بورنموث الجمعة المقبل.

وقال سلوت في مؤتمر صحفي عن سوق الانتقالات: “غادر عدد قليل من اللاعبين وانضم عدد قليل، بعضهم يمتلكون مهارات جديدة وعليهم أن يتأقلموا معنا ونحن بحاجة للتأقلم معهم، لقد عملنا لأربعة أسابيع ومن دواعي سرورنا عدم المشاركة في أي بطولات هذا الصيف”.

وعن كريستال بالاس أضاف: “يتميزون بالهجمات المرتدة والكرات الثابتة والتمريرات الطويلة لماتيتا والمهارات الفردية المميزة، لعبنا مباريات ودية مهمة قدمت لنا منافسة قوية، استعاد كريستال بالاس قوته، ومازال الفريق كما هو، إنه تحدي كبير لنا في بداية الموسم”.

وواصل عن نجوموها ونيوني: “لا أحد يعلم كيف يتعلم المرء مع الموقف، سجل نيوني هدفًا مع إشبيلية عندما كان 17 عاماً، لديهما فرصة رائعة للعمل مع فان دايك وصلاح يومياً، نسعى لتطويرهما بأفضل طريقة ممكنة وعلينا الاعتناء بهما، اللاعبون الجدد القادمون قد اختبروا بالفعل مستويات اللعب العالية لكنها كانت بداية واعدة لنيوني ونجوموها”.

وعن لقاء الدرع الخيرية أكد سلوت هدفه: “من الجميل أن نبدأ الموسم بالفوز، لدينا فرصة ونواجه فريقًا صعبًا مثل بالاس وأظهروا صعوبة الفوز ضدهم في مباراة واحدة”.

وعن التعاقد مع قلب دفاع جديد رد سلوت: “بالتأكيد لدينا لاعبين ولن ننسى جوميز للأسف يعاني من إصابة طفيفة حالياً لكنه سيعود لنا قريباً، أنا سعيد جداً باللاعبين الحاليين والقادرين على اللعب في هذا المركز”.

وحول نونيز والذي يقترب من الرحيل للهلال السعودي: “لا نتحدث أبداً عن لاعبين ليسوا لدينا، يمكنني التحدث عن إيكتيكي الذي انضم لنا مؤخراً، نحن سعداء جداً بالتشكيل الحالي، هناك لاعبين غادروا لكننا تعاقدنا مع جدد واللاعبون الشباب يقدمون أداء جيد، قد يرحل نونيز لكن لم يتم التعاقد مع لاعبين جدد بعد، علينا الانتظار بضعة أيام قبل إتمام الصفقة”.

وختم عن جوتا ووفاته المأساوية: “لقد أثرت هذه المأساة علينا، لكن أثرها كان أكبر بكثير على زوجته وأولاده ووالديه، كانت التعازي التي تلقاها منذ ذلك الوقت مؤثرة للغاية”.

Mas não é somente a questão do estádio o maior problema do São Paulo. O Tricolor carrega seu terceiro maior tabu contra times do Rio de Janeiro na história. Ainda conforme dados levantados pelo ‘Anotações Tricolores’, o clube perdeu nove dos últimos dez encontros com equipes cariocas – mesmo com cinco destes sendo disputados em casa, no estádio do Morumbi.

Esta é a terceira pior sequência do gênero, estando atrás somente do recorde de treze jogos sem vitória,entre 1941 e 1943, e de uma sequência de onze partidas, entre 1960 e 1961

E tem mais: neste ano, o São Paulo não venceu nenhum jogo que disputou com equipes do Rio de Janeiro também. Esta foi a primeira vez, desde 1973, que isso aconteceu. Ou seja: um ponto negativo que não acontecia há 49 anos.

I think we did it in periods, but we probably didn’t do it for long enough,” Southee said.”You are always looking at partnerships as a batting unit. I think Shanto played a great innings. It was obviously a very timely one as well, given the situation of the game. There’s many things you can look back on and as a side, you’re just looking to improve and hopefully, learn from this and move forward in a few days.”I think the Bangladesh bowlers bowled well, and very accurate, and in the way they bowl and the style they bowl, we know that in this part of the world, it tends to get harder to bat as the Test moves on. It tends to take a little bit more turn and a little bit more variable bounce. I think Kane Williamson likes to absorb pressure in different ways to someone like Darryl Mitchell.”I think it’s about trusting your own style and the only way you go about it. If you look at Shanto’s method, it is different to someone like Mominul’s. So it’s about how you go about it and trusting your way,” he said.Southee, however, said that tiredness wasn’t a factor in New Zealand’s performance in Sylhet.”There’s been a number of fresh guys coming in. خيسوس قد انضم إلى صفوف ريال مدريد خلال عام 2020 قادمًا من نادي فلامينجو مقابل 30 مليون يورو، حيث كان يبلغ من العمر وقتها 18 عامًا فقط.

لكن خيسوس فشل في إثبات نفسه مع ريال مدريد، ودخل في دوامة من الإعارات مع أندية بوروسيا دورتموند، وجيرونا، وفروزينوني، وأخيرًا مع غرناطة، قبل العودة لتشكيلة الفريق الملكي عقب نهاية الموسم الماضي.

وكان من المستحيل على خيسوس التواجد في تشكيل ريال مدريد الحالية نظرًا لكثرة الأسماء في هجوم الملكي، مما جعل اللاعب يغادر النادي الإسباني من الباب الضيق.

Former West Indies batter Marlon Samuels has been banned from all cricket for six years by the ICC after he was found guilty of corrupt behaviour during the Abu Dhabi T10 in 2019, where he was part of the Karnataka Tuskers but did not play.An independent tribunal found Samuels guilty on four counts, including accepting favours that brought himself and the game into disrepute and concealing information from the investigating authorities. He had been punished for a similar offence 15 years ago.”Samuels played international cricket for close to two decades, during which he participated in numerous anti-corruption sessions and knew exactly what his obligations were under the Anti-Corruption Codes,” Alex Marshall, the head of ICC’s HR and Integrity Unit, said. “Though he is retired now, Mr Samuels was a participant when the offences were committed. The Abu Dhabi T10 is an Emirates Cricket Board run tournament as such it is their anti-corruption code that is in operation. By their rules, the ICC conducts all investigations into breaches made and they found Samuels had made four of them. Article 2.4.2 (by a majority decision) – Failing to disclose to the Designated Anti-Corruption Official, the receipt of any gift, payment, hospitality or other benefit that was made or given in circumstances that could bring the Participant or the sport of cricket into disrepute. Article 2.4.3 (unanimous decision)- Failing to disclose to the Designated Anti-Corruption Official receipt of hospitality with a value of US $750 or more. Article 2.4.6 (unanimous decision) – Failing to cooperate with the Designated Anti-Corruption Official’s investigation. Article 2.4.7 (unanimous decision) – Obstructing or delaying the Designated Anti-Corruption Official’s investigation by concealing information that may have been relevant to the investigation.Samuels’ ban takes effect from November 11, 2023. He was initially charged by the ICC in September 2021 before he was found guilty of the offences in August this year.Samuels, who top-scored for West Indies in the final of both the 2012 and 2016 T20 World Cup, last played international cricket in 2018 and announced his retirement in November 2020 with over 11,000 international runs across formats.
